The location is ideal, situated centrally with easy access to shops, cafes, and even Popeye's! That said, my room was spacious but had a few quirks. The air conditioning struggled to cool the large space effectively, which was a bit uncomfortable given Colombo's warm climate. On the plus side, the staff were excellent-always ready to assist, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I appreciated the big, comfortable bed and the clean linens, but the absence of appropriate plug points posed an inconvenience for charging devices. While the hotel offers valuable amenities like a restaurant and grocery shopping service, I felt that some elements, such as the outdated AC, didn't quite match the luxury price tag. While it has its shortcomings, the convenience and service might make it worth considering for budget-conscious travelers seeking comfort.
